Consiste en reposicionar las orejas salientes y/o reducir el tamaño de las orejas grandes. Este procedimiento suele realizarse en niños entre 4 a 14 años de edad. El tiempo promedio para esta cirugía en mis manos es de 2 horas, bajo anestesia general (niños pequeños) o sedación en niños grandes,  el alta del hospital es dada el mismo día de ingreso por la tarde, logrando regresar al colegio o trabajo en un promedio de  5 a 7 días.
